Notifications can be sent to the recipients at health insurance companies or occupational pension schemes as encrypted e-mail attachments or using the communication server.

ESS in payroll

Using employee self services,  employees can determine their net income on a monthly basis independently, view elements of their capital formation contracts, make changes to details in them, and simulate the effects of semi-retirement on their monthly payroll statement. In addition, they can call up information regarding their current level of entitlements from the company pension scheme. It is also possible for employees to display and, in some cases, change the data relating to deferred compensation as benefits bonuses, of the same value, as offered by their employer.
