    Process automation to increase productivity

Robotic process automation (RPA) enables organizations to automate routine, rule-based tasks on a large scale. RPA can perform various tasks, such as automating e-mail responses in customer service, extracting information from a vendor system to generate a periodic report, or installing and configuring applications on enterprise hardware. The robots use predefined rules or artificial intelligence to process unstructured data and make automated decisions. The integration of existing systems is non-invasive, meaning that instead of implementing new interfaces, the existing UI is used to extract or generate data or control applications.

Scheer offers maximum flexibility when it comes to RPA. Here, we combine software robots with our model-based suite. This results in totally new possibilities for the digitalization of business processes in your organization. Software robots are also suitable for other purposes, such as integrating legacy systems into a modern application architecture.

RPA is used in many departments - logistics, procurement or accounting. Find out more!

"This buzzword is actually synonymous with a new approach to process automation!"

    Benefits of RPA

    Simplicity

RPA is easy to operate without significant effort. The robot works solely on the user interface of the software.

    No in-depth IT knowledge required

The employees of your individual departments can use and control the systems themselves.

Increased productivity within the user department

The system enables more efficient work. Time-consuming routine tasks are assigned to the robot, which takes the pressure off of employees.

RPA typically pays for itself – fast

Software robots work very quickly with no interruptions and rarely make mistakes.

RPA with Scheer – customer-oriented hyperautomation approach

RPA goes hand-in-hand with short ROI cycles. Nevertheless, this part of digital transformation should not focus solely on short-term cost reductions if it is possible to get the full benefits of automation.

Scheer thus recommends both a customer- and business-oriented strategy that analyzes and prioritizes automation potential and defines appropriate change and governance methods. We call it the hyperautomation approach. This integrated automation strategy combines the advanced technologies RPA, process mining and artificial intelligence and is considered an essential part of modern enterprise management.
