Scheer Academy creates a didactic learning concept for its customers that integrates the knowledge of managers and employees regarding new topics and business processes into their company based on its strategic guidelines.

There are three prerequisites in creating the ideal learning experience: the learning journey, the digital and physical touch points with which the learner interacts, and the environments that the learner experiences (including the digital environment).

The phases of a training project

Scheer Academy consultants analyze the learning objectives and training requirements of each role and design a tailor-made training concept for the customer. We work together with the customer to design the learning paths of the various roles, select specialist topics, and agree on forms of training (such as blended learning). The existing standardized training courses are then implemented, or the courses are developed in a customized manner for the customer. With the customer's approval, we deliver the training courses to its employees.
After the training courses, we monitor the effectiveness of what was learned and adjust the training plans accordingly (or the courses themselves, if necessary). A knowledge database is made available to employees following the courses.

During an SAP implementation project, Scheer Academy prepares project participants and future users for the activities at hand. It imparts the knowledge required for the project phases according to the transformation roadmap defined by the customer. Project participants, end users, and IT employees receive the exact information they need at the right time. After reviewing the learning effectiveness of a given qualification measure, training needs are determined again and the training courses are designed to ensure that the formal knowledge transfer is completed in line with the go-live and the hypercare phase.

In order for employees to be able to access the changes in business processes in their daily routines, they are provided with a knowledge library through which they have constant access to e-learning courses, context-sensitive help, guided tours, and process performance support. This enables them to access the necessary knowledge even after projects are completed.
