What you'll do

  • Acting as the lead to our customers in the timely and professional resolution of issues and incidents
  • Undertaking a deep root cause analysis of incoming technical tickets, and where possible resolving them, providing workarounds and alternate solution where appropriate or routing them to our hosting or software development teams
  • Coordinating the incident analysis and resolution efforts between several teams such as the service desk, hosting, and software development teams – ‘rallying the troops to get what needs to be done, done
  • Building and maintaining an ever-deeper knowledge of our Enterprise level software platform both technically and functionally
  • Sharing your expertise in our knowledge base by creating customer help documentation that can be re-used so customers can help themselves

What you'll need

  • 2 to 3 years technical experience in a technical support / management role
  • Support experience in the IT environment, as well as knowledge in log and error analysis of web applications desirable
  • Practical experience in working with SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, Java
  • Ability to work in a team, customer, and solution orientated environment, as well as super analytical skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to motivate and influence others (colleagues, customers etc) to help you achieve best outcomes
  • Experience and/or successful qualification or degree in IT/Computer Science

Business Development Manager

Here’s what you’ll do

  • “Hunting” for new business, using your own prospecting techniques to build a steady pipeline of prospective customers
  • Arrange meetings, using your relationship building/influencing skills and a "consultative selling approach"
  • Identifying priority sectors, businesses within them, and the key influencers/decision makers
  • Ability to effectively demonstrate our software solutions with energy and passion, to convince potential customers of our solutions and key value proposition
  • Prepare proposals/RFPs/Tenders, pitches, capability presentations and develop materials to grab attention during the sales phase
  • Work closely with our pre-sales team to prepare deep dive sessions and respond to technical questions
  • Manage sales activities concentrating on our high quality and innovative learning solutions
  • Convince customers to close the deal and negotiating contracts
  • Effective use of our CRM including reporting on and prioritising sales activities
  • Willingness to sometimes travel

Here’s what you’ll need

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Diligence, both in terms of content and presentation
  • Ability to work with sophisticated software products - an affinity for technology and software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can work with a wide variety of people and to collaborate with geographically distributed teams
  • Ability to respond to RFP requests for proposals
  • Negotiation and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability and capacity to build in-depth knowledge of imc solutions
  • Affinity with software such as LMS, HR Software, e-learning, Digital Content, Knowledge Management etc. would be highly beneficial
  • Some stuff that will be helpful but not mandatory…. a knowledge of API technology, web applications, common data formats and cloud services
  • You must be a native Dutch speaker

Software Developer Web Application Security (f/m/d)

As a Software Developer Web Application Security (f/m/d) you will join our security team and be responsible for vulnerability analysis, incident response and vulnerability mitigation in the context of our learning management software.

Your Tasks

  • Take over the role of a security researcher and analyse our software regarding security vulnerabilities
  • Think like an ethical hacker and perform penetration tests on the system as a whole or on selected parts thereof
  • Help mitigating newly discovered security issues
  • Work together with colleagues from different departments and locations to respond to security incidents and questions
  • Actively contribute to the implementation and improvement of the development and engineering processes and work methodologies

Your strengths

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (M.S. degree is a plus)
  • Ideally first experience in development, preferably in an agile environment
  • Strong programming skills using clean code and design patterns with a focus on correctness, readability, and reusability
  • Sound knowledge of Java, SQL, REST-APIs for backend analysis, JavaScript, TypeScript for frontend analysis
  • Fluency in English language (written and spoken) is mandatory, German language skills are a plus

Your Tasks

  • Craft shared components using REACT, bringing static designs to life

Your Tasks

  • Maintaining our award-winning, world-class learning management solution
  • Making our Customers happy by finding bullet-proof and creative solutions involving a mix of technologies in a challenging/complex software environment

Your strengths

  • First professional experience in software development, preferably in an Agile environment.
  • Outstanding programming skills with a focus on correctness, readability, and reusability.
  • Sound knowledge of Java EE technologies, web servers and web applications; experience with Java Spring and micro-services architecture is desirable. SQL databases experience is required.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies: HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript (React or TypeScript are a plus).
  • Knowledge of common web protocols, especially REST, HTTP and WebSockets.
  • Experience in cloud technologies and deployment architecture is desirable.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Als Head of Marketing (w/m/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von skalierbaren Marketingkampagnen sowie Demand-Generation-Programmen mit Fokus auf Lead-Generierung und Pipeline-Aufbau.
Ein spannender und sehr vielfältiger Verantwortungsbereich wartet auf dich, welchen du eigenständig mitgestalten und aufbauen wirst. Als Macher und Problemlöser arbeitest du am Herzstück unseres Geschäfts. In dieser Schlüsselposition berichtest du an den Director Group Brand & Marketing und gestaltest aktiv den Erfolg unseres Unternehmens mit. Deine Aufgaben

Dein Profil

  • Du hast 6+ Jahre Erfahrung im Produkt-, Corporate- oder Industrie Marketing mit nachweislichem Erfolg bei globalen sowie Account-based Marketing Aktivitäten in Technologieunternehmen, insbesondere im Bereich SaaS
  • Du kannst 3+ Jahre Erfahrung im Aufbau, Management und der Leitung einer Marketing- oder Sales-Development-Organisation nachweisen
  • Du hast umfassende Erfahrung mit B2B-Online-Marketing-Taktiken und Marketing-Automation-Tools wie Hubspot, Zoominfo etc.
  • Du bist data-driven, hast ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
