We're seeking a talented and versatile Front-End Developer to join our dynamic scrum team and help shape the future of our award-winning learning management solution. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to transform creative concepts into functional reality, working with cutting-edge technologies to deliver an exceptional user experience.

Your Tasks

  • Craft shared components using REACT, bringing static designs to life
  • Contribute your expertise throughout the entire development lifecycle, analyse business requirements, design technical solutions based on multiple technologies, implement, and test them
  • Translate static layouts (wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes) into a working application
  • Take part in all development phases and continuously improve our processes/technologies
  • Adapt to complex projects, build know-how, share it, and coach your colleagues
  • Continuously refine our processes and stay ahead of industry trends

Your strengths

  • First practical experience in development, preferably in an Agile environment
  • Sound knowledge of JavaScript/JavaScript frameworks and experience with HTML5/CSS3 as well as REACT
  • Familiar with cross-platform, cross device, and multi-browser issues
  • Working experience with Java or knowledge about mobile development (Android/iOS) would be a big plus
  • Ability to produce high-quality code, knowledge about testing tools and frameworks (JUnit, Selenium, Karma) would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in German would be a big plus
