My “Y” is: Seeing tangible results at the end of the day

My enthusiasm lies in achieving something, making a difference, and ultimately delivering meaningful outcomes.

What’s your Y?

Eveline is an experienced Consultant at Scheer. For her, it was a career move that paid off: “I wanted to do something where you can look back and see what you’ve achieved. Similar to a craft or a trade, where you have a finished product in your hand at the end. It’s the same with my projects: in the end, you’ve created somethingby moving a company to a new system. And that’s when you truly see what you’ve accomplished. That gives me a great deal of satisfaction and is what still excites me about my job.

In the end, you’ve created something – by moving a company to a new system. That’s when you truly see what you’ve accomplished.

Working flexibly, taking ownership

Always keeping the end goal in sight while working flexibly, thanks to mobile work and workation. This way, client appointments on-site can be combined with leisure time, helping to balance Eveline’s personal and professional life: “I value my autonomy and the trust I’m given from my employer. I am responsible for structuring my projects myself and plan my days flexibly, but I always keep in touch with my team.” This flexibility gives her the space to fully focus on what defines her “Y”: tangible results.
