SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management is the digital core that includes all the business processes critical to a company. It is based entirely on SAP HANA 2.0, was developed with the SAP Fiori 2.0 user interface and is made available either in the cloud or as an on-premise solution.
The ERP solution offers core functionality for the sales process (order-to-cash), the manufacturing process (plan-to-product) and the procurement process (procure-to-pay) as well as accounting functions.
The extremely powerful core of the SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management solution is highly scalable and covers all the requirements of an optimized system landscape.
SAP S/4HANA Finance is the central point for all a company’s finance and operating data and enables every area of the accounting department to make the business decisions necessary in a timely manner, from planning and administration across budgeting, forecast and accounting, treasury and cash management and up to audit management.
The implementation can be designed simply and flexibly: SAP S/4HANA Finance can be provided on-premise, in the cloud (subscription model) or with a hybrid operating model.
SAP S/4HANA Sales makes access to customer analyses and customer sales data possible in real time in order to offer optimal support for the interaction with customers.
The integration of inventory management, warehouse management and transportation management in SAP S/4HANA lifts the entire supply chain from planning over forecasts and production right up to transport into a different dimension.
SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing provides for quicker reaction times to changes in requirements, lower manufacturing costs and fewer product shortages as well as lower warehouse and buffer stockholdings. Through the creation of an integrated plan for material and capacity requirements order throughput times shorten by an average of 15%. “What-if” scenarios provide for average storage cost reductions of 17% with a concurrent reduction in warehouse stocks.
SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain enables higher levels of stock rotation and turnover and ensures lower levels of product shortage and lost turnover through better adherence to delivery dates and shorter throughput times. The more efficient use of stocks creates a buffer for times of uncertainty and reduces warehousing and transport costs.
